Please allow me to introduce ourselves.

Clearwater Cleaning Services Kent Ltd is a family run cleaning company. Husband and Wife, Daughters, sons-in-law, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, and Nephews (and some best friends thrown into the mix).

We started back in 2009 as just window cleaners using the, then new, technology The Reach and Wash hot purified water fed pole system. Now, fast forward 13 years, to comply with the ever-changing Health & Safety regulations and requirements, we have embarked on an ongoing strategy of Health & Safety, Equipment operation and COSHH training to obtain both individual and company certification and accreditation. This allowed us to swiftly progress into Clearwater Kent becoming one the best specialist Commercial & Domestic Cleaning Companies in Kent. A one-stop shop for all.

We have 4 members of staff that work in the office (Mother, Daughter & bump (now Grandson), Mothers’ best friend and Daughter’s best friend & bump). Husband is on the road quoting as well as jumping on tools when needed. There is a further 14 members of staff (family) that carry out WINDOW CLEANING, ROOF CLEANING, DRIVEWAY & PATIO CLEANING, TENNIS COURT CLEANING, WAREHOUSE CLEANING, DEEP KITCHEN CLEANS, GRAFITTI REMOVAL, PAINT REMOVAL, BRICK SPECIALIST CLEANING, END OF TENANCY CLEANING, OVEN CLEANING, WASTE REMOVAL, FIRE & FLOOD CLEARANCE and COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE WORKS. The list goes on, we cater for all!

We are fully insured, Checkatrade registered. We also belong to Safe contractor and have Constructionline membership.

All Operational Staff have CSCS cards and iPaf licences. Basically, we have someone within the company with relevant Training & accreditation to cover all aspects of our jobs & contracts.

The cherry on the cake is that we own all our Specialised Equipment, From our new Fully customised multi-purpose vans offering the very latest enhanced softwash system using environmentally friendly cleaning products which are bio-degradable for the majority of our tasks, to the new arrival, our new tipper vehicle to help with rubbish clearance & delivery of materials. Last but not least lets not forget our very own MEWPs (cherry picker) which helps keep the costs down on those high-rise jobs. Very helpful for this time of year as we receive bookings to install outside Christmas lights.
